Wholesale Returns and Refunds
No returns of wholesale orders will be accepted, except for damaged or defective goods, which may be returned with prior notice.
REPORTING A PROBLEM
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us at ecoflowerfairies@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt to report any damaged or defective items. The shipping courier should be notified of any damages received during shipment immediately. Damaged or defective items may be returned and will be replaced with new merchandise. Returns will only be accepted within 15 days of receipt.
RETURNS
In the event of misshipment, please contact us at ecoflowerfairies@gmail.com within 10 business days of receipt. We will cover all shipping costs related to returns. If no replacement is available, you may choose between an exchange (of similar value), store credit, or a refund. Please indicate your preference for store credit or a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Store credit (gift certificates) used to pay for the order will be refunded as store credit only.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to process exchanges directly. If you need to exchange items due to misshipment, a store credit will be issued, which can be used towards a new order. Please place a new order for the desired items.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Any changes or cancellations must be emailed within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
